RFE: tidy queue

Sometimes I queue things that I have probably already downloaded, just
to make sure I have them or that they are complete.

This can make my queue look very large sometimes.

An option to tidy the queue would be useful: it would go through the
items in the queue and remove things which have already been completely
downloaded.
