lftp for FTPS

Hi

I am trying to use FTPS using lftp of cygwin package. I have the latest
cygwin installed. As per the below mentioned website FTPS works when lftp
has support of GNUTLS 2.6.6.

How can i get such bundle ?Is it part of any cygwin installer? I really
need urgent help regarding using FTPS on Windows machine using cygwin.

You have to install gnutls or openssl in cygwin to have lftp compiled with SSL support.
